Health and Wellness Coaching
A 12 week program designed to help guide the client through their lifestyle challenges. Weekly sessions are used to create mini goals so the client slowly integrates new habits into their life
Personal Training
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions designed around the clients specific needs and their fitness goals. Emphasis on proper form and learning the exercises so the client can develop consistency in their exercise program. Online, in-home, or hybrid sessions are available
Comprehensive health and fitness coaching
A 12 week program combining once a week health and wellness coaching sessions with weekly or bi-weekly personal training sessions. This is an extraordinary way to work through lifestyle and fitness challenges at the same time.
What is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching is a process where the client is guided and educated by the coach. The coach is not there to tell the client what to do but rather aid the client in figuring out what they want to do about certain challenges they are facing or goals they would like to attain.
What is Personal Training?
Personal training is 1 on 1 sessions designed to help the client achieve whatever fitness goals they may have. It can be about functional fitness (getting stronger to do everyday activities), building lean muscle mass in midlife to support the aging process, or working to get a stronger body to participate in a specific sport or event. Whatever the goal, the trainer is there to provide personalized programs for each individual client.
About Me
Suzie Collyer is a board certified health and wellness coach and an NASM certified personal trainer (she has also been an orthopedic and sports recovery-focused licensed massage therapist for nearly 30 years). She is passionate about healthy aging for everyone and supporting women through the menopause transition with fitness and lifestyle changes. Her goal is to guideher clients to find the most sustainable way to make changes. Doing so enables the client to integrate these changes into their life. Suzie strives to support and guide her clients every step of the way so they can feel successful on their health and fitness journey.
